Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

You must not submit products or files that fall into the following categories. We will refuse, remove or suspend them, and may suspend the account:

• Weapons and weapon accessories.
• Hate, extremist or violent-extremist content.
• Drug paraphernalia.
• Counterfeit or unauthorised branded goods.
• Unsafe child or baby products (without prior review and approval).
• Medical or other safety-critical parts.
• Food-contact items. PLA and PETG as supplied are not certified food-safe, and we do not make food-safe claims.
• Adult-explicit content (subject to a separate policy if ever permitted).

2. Restricted content (manual review)

The following are not automatically printable and are routed to manual review. They may be accepted with conditions, lead-time changes or additional QA:

• Large parts beyond our standard build envelope.
• Structural or load-bearing parts.
• High-detail miniatures and fragile, needle-thin geometry.
• Multi-part assemblies and tight-tolerance fitment parts.
• Functional replacement parts.
• Products with embedded magnets, chargers or batteries, or small parts intended for under-3s, which carry additional safety, labelling and age-grading requirements.

3. Intellectual property and fan/IP designs

You must have the rights to everything you submit. Fan, character and brand-IP designs are permitted only with a rights attestation and the safeguards in our IP & Takedown Policy. Makr3D is the manufacturer, not the seller or advertiser, and you remain responsible for the rights in your designs.

4. Lawful use

You must comply with all applicable laws in the countries you sell to and ship to, including product safety, labelling, consumer and export rules.

5. Enforcement and reporting

We may hold, refuse, remove or suspend products, orders or accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice where necessary. To report content you believe breaches this policy, or to submit an IP complaint, see our IP & Takedown Policy or contact [email protected].
