Makr3D.app
White-label fulfilment

Your customer stays your customer.

Makr3D prints, packs and ships from a UK production hub, but the parcel arrives as if it came from you. Your brand is on the packing slip, the returns address is neutral, and there is no Makr3D or Yorkshire3D marketing anywhere in the box.

What is in the box

Branded for you, anonymous for us.

White-label is configured per seller from your dashboard branding: set your store name, support details and a packing-slip message once, and every order honours them. See how it works end to end.

Your brand on the slip

The packing slip carries your logo, store name, support email and a thank-you message, not ours. To the buyer the parcel comes from you. Makr3D is invisible in the box.

No Makr3D marketing

We do not insert our own flyers, coupons or branding. There is nothing in the parcel that points your customer to us or to Yorkshire3D.

Your own inserts, packed in

Supply branded thank-you cards, tags or promo flyers and we pack them into every order, so your unboxing stays yours from the first parcel.

Neutral returns address

Returns can route to a neutral address rather than exposing the production hub, so the post-purchase experience stays on-brand and discreet.

A discreet order reference

Each slip shows a short, unbranded reference so support and remakes are traceable without printing internal SKUs or system jargon for the buyer.

We are shipper of record

If a parcel is lost or delayed, we own the carrier dispute on your behalf, whatever return address is printed. You keep facing your customer; we handle the courier.

You control the branding

Branding lives on your account, not on each order, so a change applies everywhere at once. Set it up in the dashboard and the production team prints to it, with no per-order fiddling, and nothing of ours leaks onto the slip.

Discreet dispatch and returns

Tracking lands in your dashboard and API the moment we ship, and writes back to your sales channel where the connector supports it (Shopify today; see the integrations status table). Returns can use a neutral address rather than the production hub, so the buyer experiences a clean, on-brand journey from dispatch to any after-sales contact.

Powered by Yorkshire3D, invisibly

UK production you can stand behind, without naming us.

Your orders are printed on Yorkshire3D’s owned UK Bambu farm in Huddersfield, with a human production check on every order before it prints. Yorkshire3D has shipped 150,000+ orders since 2019 and is rated 4.9/5. Behind the neutral parcel stands Yorkshire3D Limited, a named, VAT-registered UK company: you get the quality and accountability of a real UK hub; your customer just sees your brand.

White-label FAQ

What your customer sees, answered.

Do you brand the packing slip?
Yes. The packing slip carries your logo, store name, support email and a thank-you message. Branding is set once from your dashboard and honoured on every order.
Is Makr3D visible in the box?
No. There are no Makr3D or Yorkshire3D flyers, coupons or branding in the parcel. The only trace is a short, unbranded order reference on the slip so support and remakes stay traceable.
Can I include my own inserts?
Yes. Supply branded thank-you cards, tags or promo flyers and the team packs them into every order from launch.
What address do returns use?
Returns can route to a neutral address rather than the production hub, so the post-purchase experience stays on-brand. Makr3D remains shipper of record, so a lost or delayed parcel is our carrier dispute to own, not yours.

Sell under your own brand, print under ours.

No card and no monthly fee to start: you pay per order, only when you sell. Founding sellers get discounted fulfilment and founder-led onboarding while places last.
