Your designs are safe with us
You keep full ownership of every file you upload. We store your files privately, use them only to quote, check and print your orders, and never sell, publish or share them. Where Print Intelligence or the assistant uses an AI provider, Makr3D does not opt in to model training and treats the provider as a service provider, subject to the provider’s security and abuse-monitoring controls. You can ask us to delete your files at any time, and we will, unless we are required to keep a record for a legitimate reason such as an open order, fraud prevention or a legal obligation. The IP & Takedown Policy and Privacy Policy make these commitments binding.
