Six steps from file to fulfilled.

  1. 01

    Create your account & upload

    Sign-up is open and sellers are approved automatically. Upload a 3MF or STL file, or choose an approved catalogue product. Your production files stay private.

  2. 02

    Get an auto-quote

    Choose material, colour and quantity for an instant fulfilment cost and dispatch estimate. Progressive controls reveal plates, supports, nozzle and multi-colour mapping when you need them.

  3. 03

    Pass product review

    Every new product is checked by our team before it can be ordered — a print-safety gate that catches failure-prone slices. Approved products go live for sale.

  4. 04

    Sell on your own store

    List on Etsy, Shopify or your own site and keep your brand and your customers. Add orders manually or by CSV today; channel connectors are rolling out.

  5. 05

    We print, QA & pack

    On a successful charge to your saved card, your order enters the queue. We print on the Bambu farm, QA-check, and pack with your branding on the slip.

  6. 06

    We ship with tracking

    Dispatch direct to your customer with tracking, or in bulk to you. As shipper of record, Makr3D handles carrier delivery disputes.

Layer 03Two ways to fulfil

Dropship to your customers, or bulk to yourself.

Pick the mode per order. Both run through the same print and QA pipeline; only the packing and destination change.

Dropship (default)

We print, QA-check, pack and ship directly to your end customer, white-labelled with your brand and support email on the packing slip and a discreet Makr3D reference for traceability.

  • Personalised gifts and lightweight international orders
  • Per-order pricing with a live dispatch estimate

Bulk self-fulfilment

We print and ship a batch to you. You then handle storage, final packaging, personalisation, assembly or outbound delivery yourself — at bulk pricing.

  • International sellers avoiding per-parcel cross-border postage
  • Complex packaging, inserts or finishing beyond our scope
  • Event stock and promotional runs

Layer 04Built in from launch

The fulfilment plumbing, handled.

White-label packing slips

Your brand, your support email and your return address. Buyers contact you; a discreet reference keeps orders traceable for seller support.

Auto-charge billing

You collect from your customer; Makr3D bills you by charging your saved card when an order is imported. Production starts after a successful charge.

Public API & webhooks

A versioned, authenticated /api/v1 with signed webhooks for quotes, orders and dispatch — so you can integrate from day one.
