No. There are no Makr3D or Yorkshire3D flyers, coupons or branding in the parcel. The only trace is a short, unbranded order reference on the slip so support and remakes stay traceable.

Can I include my own inserts?

Yes. Supply branded thank-you cards, tags or promo flyers and the team packs them into every order from launch.

What address do returns use?

Returns can route to a neutral address rather than the production hub, so the post-purchase experience stays on-brand. Makr3D remains shipper of record, so a lost or delayed parcel is our carrier dispute to own, not yours.
