我们访问的数据

当您安装并授权应用后，Makr3D仅请求履行订单所需的最低访问权限：

• Orders(read): so we can fulfil the items you have mapped to Makr3D. This includes the protected customer fields needed to produce and deliver the parcel: the buyer's name and shipping address (to address and post it), phone (required by carriers and customs, especially for international delivery), and email (order and tracking contact).
• 产品 （读取）：以便您将产品映射至Makr3D打印选项。
• 履约 （写入）：以便我们将订单标记为已履行，并将物流单号写回您的Shopify订单。

我们不会访问您的客户列表、主题、在线商店内容或付款详情，也不会请求上述范围之外的权限。

我们存储的数据

对于每个关联店铺，我们存储加密的访问令牌、您的店铺域名、产品映射以及分配给我们履行的订单（包括配送所需的收货地址）。订单数据将保留至履行和支持该订单所需的时间，并满足我们的法律和会计义务。

计费

Makr3D履行实体商品，因此履约费用由Makr3D直接计费，而非通过Shopify计费。您需在Makr3D账户中添加支付方式，按我们履行的每笔订单收费。

删除与数据请求

我们遵守Shopify的强制性隐私Webhook。当您卸载应用并请求店铺数据删除时，我们会删除存储的令牌和产品映射，并停止处理您的数据。对于客户数据请求或客户数据删除，我们将在30天内整理或删除相关存储数据。您也可以发送邮件至 [email protected] 随时联系我们。

Guest quotes

You can price a model on our instant quote page without an account. The uploaded file and its quote are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically, unless you create an account and claim them. If a file needs a human look before it can be priced, you can optionally leave an email address: we use it once, to send you that price, and never for marketing. Email [email protected] to have a guest upload removed sooner.

安全

访问令牌静态加密。所有数据通过TLS传输。我们收到的每个Shopify Webhook均通过HMAC签名验证，嵌入式应用在每个请求中验证Shopify会话令牌。
